BSCP 201 - Black Start and Fuel Security Contingency Provisions and Claims Processes
BSCP201 describes the steps to be taken during and following a Black Start Period or a Fuel Security Code event, and supports the rules set out in BSC Section G ‘Contingencies’. It includes the steps required to restore normal BSC market operations, if these have been suspended during a Black Start. It also includes the steps required for BSC Parties to optionally raise claims for excess costs in certain circumstances. It highlights the responsibilities and actions required by industry participants to ensure this is done efficiently and effectively.
BSCP 301 - Clearing, Invoicing and Payment
BSCP301 defines the processes that the Funds Administration Agent (FAA) shall use to carry out the transfer of funds in respect of Settlement between Parties and the Code Clearer for Trading Charges, Ad Hoc Trading Charges and Reconciliation Charges under the Code, and some ancillary activities. It also defines the processes by which Parties may reduce or increase the amount of Credit Cover held by the FAA in relation to that Party.
BSCP 501 - Supplier Meter Registration Service
This BSCP defines those activities which enable the Supplier Meter Registration Service (SMRS) to fulfil its functions to:
Provide Suppliers with information relating to their MSIDs; provide Half Hourly Data Aggregators with MSID information; Non Half Hourly Data Aggregators with MSID information; receive and process Supplier data; Bulk Change of Non Half Hourly Supplier Agent; receive and process Licensed Distribution System Operator data; receive and process Market Domain Data; enable Transfers of Registrations between SMRS and CMRS; enable new connections where the same Metering Equipment at an Exemptable Generating Plant is comprised in both an SVA Metering System and a CVA Metering System, where Export Active Energy is traded in CVA and Import Active Energy is traded in SVA; record BSCCo Required Data.
BSCP 502 - Half Hourly Data Collection for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS
This BSCP defines the processes that the Half Hourly Data Collector shall use to carry out the work for data collection (including data retrieval, estimation and data processing) for SVA Metering Systems with half hourly (HH) Metering Equipment operating within the Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) arrangements.
BSCP 503 - Half Hourly Data Aggregation for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS
This BSC Procedure defines the processes that the Half Hourly Data Aggregator (HHDA) shall use for data aggregation for SVA Metering Systems with Half Hourly (HH) SVA Metering Equipment. This BSC Procedure focuses on the interfaces between the HHDA and other Agencies seen from the perspective of the HHDA.
