Codes of Practice: Settlement Agreement for Scotland
The Settlement Agreement for Scotland relates to operations under NETA prior to Scotland being included in the BSC under BETA in 2005 and have since became obsolete.
How it relates to you
The Codes of Practice are in relation to the Settlement Agreement for Scotland (“SAS”). Elexon Limited is not responsible for the creation of the SAS Codes of Practice. While care is taken in the collection and provision of this information, Elexon Limited shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, misstatements or mistakes in any information or damages resulting from use of this information or action taken in reliance on it.
In accordance with Section L of the BSC; a Metering System shall, as a minimum, comply with the requirements set out in the version of the Code of Practice relevant at the time the Metering System was first registered for Settlement.
