Elexon manages its customer enquiries through a centralised enquiry management tool called Elexon Support.  The service helps you submit cases, track them and get updates on their progress.

Each enquiry is directed quickly and accurately to one of Elexon’s subject expert teams who will then respond with the information or guidance you need.
