This CP proposes to remove references to Non Half Hourly Agent roles, and the reference of excluding SVA NHH MOA appointments from BSCP513 to align with Retail Energy Code.
Recently, some unclear guidance was reported in BSC Procedure document BSCP513 relating to Bulk Change of NHH Supplier Agent which conflicts with information in the Retail Energy Code (REC). This created confusion as to how Suppliers should progress Bulk Changes of Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) Non-Half Hourly (NHH) Meter Operator Agent (MOA).
This CP proposes to remove references to NHH Agent roles, and the reference of excluding SVA NHH MOA appointments from BSCP513 to align with REC.
