Summary
P327 proposes amendments to the approved legal text for P305 ‘Electricity Balancing Significant Code Review Developments’ to correct some minor inconsistencies and improve the clarity of some new definitions.
Progression
P327 was raised by the BSC Panel at its meeting on 10 September 2015. At this meeting, the Panel unanimously agreed that P327 should be progressed and approved as a Fast Track Self-Governance Modification for implementation on 5 November 2015 as part of the November 2015 BSC Systems Release.
BSC Parties had a 15 Working Day period in which to object if they disagreed with the Panel’s decision, which closed on 1 October 2015. No objection was notified in this time, and so the Panel’s decision is final.
