I joined Elexon in July 2024 and currently work as an Operational Support Manager (OSM) at Elexon within the OSM team. As an OSM my role is to support BSC Parties and Party Agents with enquires and knowledge about how the BSC may impact their business.

Experience within the industry
Over the past 9 years, I have gained extensive experience in the energy industry, working with prominent suppliers like Shell Energy and Octopus Energy before joining Elexon.
At Shell Energy, I developed strong expertise in Customer Service Management, overseeing customer interactions and implementing process improvements.
At Octopus Energy, as the Electricity Settlements Team Lead, I managed a team responsible for critical settlement processes, including the D0095 process and handling Large EAC/AA values. This role also involved coordinating appointed agents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
My journey through these roles has provided me with a robust understanding of the energy sector, which I now bring to my current position at Elexon.
