CP0534 – Disregard Contract Trading Party during Credit Checking

Formal title: Disregard Contract Trading Party during Credit Checking

Current Status

CPC Consultation
Withdrawn

Summary

This CP supersedes NCR391. The Transmission Company acting as a Contract Trading Party is not required to lodge credit cover with the FAA. ECVAA does however include the Transmission Company in the credit checking process. The ECVAA system credit checking process functionality needs to be amended to exclude the Transmission Company from the Indebtedness calculations. This functionality amendment may require associated amendment to the ECVAA specification documentation and Operational documentation.
