Summary
CRA-I020 is sent from the CRA to Elexon and the SO but has been interpreted differently by the two participants. Elexon are unable to use the interface in its current format. The BM Unit Effective dates in CRA-I020 relate to the BM Unit and all associated parameters. Elexon require the effective from and to dates of the BM Unit as a whole, i. e. the registration and de-registration dates.
