Summary
The authorisation process is unclear in the Logica URSs/Service Descriptions as to which flows need to be received from a registered authorised person. The authorisation process also needs to be clarified, are both signatures and passwords required. This Change Proposal has been raised to address inconsistencies initially identified by the NETA Programme and subsequently reviewed by Elexon. (IRP CP 019)
