CP0586

Formal title: Notification of Files where decryption has failed

Current Status

Submission
Assessment
CPC Consultation
Committee Decision
Rejected

Summary

If a participant sends in a file that fails in decryption, then no error message is returned. The only way of detecting the problem is that the expected acknowledgement for the file does not arrive. In such cases it is not possible for the NETA Central Systems to generate an automatic NACK (Not Acknowledged) because the necessary information cannot be extracted from the file to trigger such a process.
