Summary
This CP supersedes NCR250 There is an inconsistency between Section W: Trading Queries and Trading Disputes and SVA Code Subsidiary Documents.
Section W of the Code extends the current timescales for raising a Dispute in respect of a Settlement Day from 2 years to 3 years. SVA Code Subsidiary Documents currently oblige the SVAA, Suppliers and their Agents to retain data to support Disputes for a period of 28 months.
