Summary
The SVAA does not require GSP Group Take Information as provided by flow CDCA-I043 for Interim Initial Settlement runs. The SVAA requires this information from the first settlement Final (SF) run and for all subsequent settlement, reconciliation and dispute runs. The CDCA URS does not recognise this requirement and the Logica IDD does not allow flows to be switched on and off by reference to the Settlement Run Type.
This Change Proposal has been raised to supersede NCR305, and will provide the enduring solution to Workaround W005.
