Summary
This CP supersedes NCR154.
The FAA needs to be able to support the processes for dealing with Bad Debts as described in clause 8. 4 of Section N of the BSC. In summary this requires that the costs of any such losses are shared among Parties in proportion to their General Funding Share. This CP will also require a process by which BSCCo (Elexon) provides the monthly General Funding Shares values for each Party to the FAA
