Summary
Interface tests undertaken by the FAA covers the both manual and electronic interfaces with Parties, however the interface with Clearing Banks is not tested until it comes to actually claiming the payment. The process detailed in BSCP301 needs to be clarified to explicitly exclude Interface Tests with Clearing Banks and the Communication Requirements Document should reference the tests undertaken between the FAA and Parties.
This Change Proposal has been raised to address inconsistencies initially identified by the NETA Programme and subsequently reviewed by Elexon (IRP CP021)
