Summary

There are several procedures described in the BSCPs which do not currently have a match in the CRA URS v. 2. 4: a) 19 & 20 (Log Ref. CRA_09 & 10): BSCP15 v. 2 section 3. 5: De-registration of specific BM Units. b) 56 (Log Ref. CRA-I031): BSCP20 v. 3 formF20/4. 7: De-registration of Metering Systems. c) PWC2: BSCP31 v. 2 section 3. 2. 4: De-registration of a Trading Party. d) 57 (Log Ref. CRA-I003): BSCP20 v. 3 form F20/4. 8 is used to register a new MOA. The CRA URS does not allow for new MOA registrations. e) 145, 146,147 & 148 (Log Refs. CRA_4, 5, 6 & 7)
f) BSCP 20 v. 3 sections 3. 3. 3, 3. 3. 4, 3. 3. 5 and describe the process whereby an old registrant can object to a change of registrant of a metering system. If an objection is raised, the CRA has to inform the CDCA and then refer the matter to BSCCo. Section 3. 4. 3 goes on to say that an MOA can also raise objections about changes of meter registration. T
