Summary
This CP has been raised to address inconsistencies initially identified by the NETA Programme and subsequently reviewed by Elexon.
BSCP03 v2. 0 3. 1. 4 currently states that the CDCA shall send the raw Meter Data Report to the Registrant, DSO or TC and Non Owner Party. The CDCA URS currently has no requirement for the CDCA to send the report to these parties.
