Summary
BSCP520 defines the processes associated with Unmetered Supplies registered in the Supplier Meter Registration Systems. SL170 documents the Meter Administration responsibilities relating to Unmetered Supplies.
There are a number of areas where the BSCP and the SL are unclear or incorrect and where process descriptions can be improved. This CP proposes to address these areas by adding clarifications, streamlining duplicated areas and removing errors.
