Modify SL130 so that it is self consistent and is also consistent with BSCP502 in relation to how much data is transferred. The HHDC should transfer up to 3 months of the most recent metering data in accordance with clause 1. 3. 2. 3 and also in accordance with step 3. 2. 4. 7 of BSCP502.
