Summary
BSCP516 Appendix 4. 4 provides for instances where there is less than the 12 months of metering data necessary for NHHDCs to complete their obligation in AP516 3. 2 to recalculate the Load Factor of NHH Maximum Demand meters every February. However, this provision does not specify for instances where the lack of 12 months data is due to change of tenancy and therefore possibly a change of use and consequently a change of Load Factor.
Also, it is proposed to amend the wording in Period description i and ii from ‘valid metering periods’ to ‘valid meter readings’ for clarity.
