BSC Agent Service Descriptions need to be updated to reflect the changes between version 1. 0 of the Code and the Go-Live designated version (1. 1). The following areas should be included in the CDCA and ECVAA Service Descriptions: § Notification Clock Changes; § Resubmission of Energy Contract Volume and Metered Volume Reallocation Notifications; § Failures of the ECVAA System; § ECVAA System Withdrawal; and
§ Default Line Loss Factors.
