The addition of extra steps and different timescales in BSCP28, ‘Approval and Notification of CVA Line Loss Factors’. These should be applicable only in the case of the approval of CVA Line Loss Factors for a Transfer of Registration from SMRS to CMRS, in order to bring the timing of BSCP28 in line with BSCP68, ‘Transfer of Registration of Metering Systems between CMRS and SMRS’.
