Summary
When processing standing data change requests from Suppliers or Supplier Agents, the Supplier Volume Allocation Agent (SVAA) has adopted the practice of contacting the originator to resolve any queries before proceeding with the standing data change request. This additional process is not documented in BSCP507. This CP has been raised from CR R2910 ‘Update to Stage 2 Settlement Standing Data Changes Process (AP507)’. In addition the identifier of the form referenced in Appendix 4. 2 needs standardising.
