Footnote 6 of step 3. 3. 2. 3 of BSCP505 ‘Non Half Hourly Data Aggregation for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS’ explains that the D0041 ‘Supplier Purchase Matrix Data File’ are sent by Non Half Hourly Data Aggregators (NHHDAs) to Suppliers in accordance with the Settlement Calendar, but also ‘…as required, by arrangement between the NHHDA and the Supplier. ‘ This suggests that Suppliers can opt not to receive this dataflow. This optionality is not supported by the NHHDA software developed for go-live and so NHHDAs attempting to meet the BSCP requirements are incurring extra costs. This CP has been raised from SIR R2253 ‘Distribution of Supplier Purchase Matrix Data (D0041) files to Suppliers’.
