Summary
Currently, the Service Description v1. 0 (paragraph 6. 4. 3) contains the following obligation: “Where relevant, comply with the rules and procedures detailed in BSCP 68 with respect to the transfer of the registration of Metering Systems from SMRA to CMRA and vice versa”. Currently Logica are not contractually bound to BSCPs. There is therefore some ambiguity over the extent of the Service Provider’s commitment to the BSCP Procedures.
