Summary
BSCP502 appendix 4. 2 outlines the estimation methods to be applied by HHDCs. The method described in 4. 2. 1 (e) requires that where the Supplier provides an EAC and a Profile Class Identifier, the Default Period Profile Class Coefficients (DPPCCs) contained in Market Domain Data will be applied to the EAC in order to estimate consumption values. The BSCP wording is unclear on the time units of the DPPCCs and as a result some HHDCs have mistakenly attempted to convert the consumption into another time format.
