Summary
It is proposed that a new BSCP should be developed titled “Proving Test requirements for Central Volume Allocation Metering Systems” and amend/remove the existing requirements in BSCP20.
This change will improve the processes for Proving Tests in CVA and ensure that Proving Tests are carried out whenever appropriate. It will identify and clarify the responsibilities of all parties to the Proving Test process
