Summary
This Change Proposal is raised to address the issue of mismatches in appointment details held by Suppliers and Half Hourly Meter Operator Agents (HHMOA). In the Half Hourly market, the HHMOA appointed by the customer might be different from that appointed by the Supplier. The proposed solution provides Suppliers with a list of Metering Systems which HHMOAs believe that they have been appointed for. Suppliers will then be able to identify those that are correct appointments and those that are incorrect appointments. Resolution would allow Suppliers and HHMOAs to reconcile appointment details on a regular basis.
