BSCP502 ‘Half Hourly Data Collection for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS’, Processes 3. 3. 3 ‘Energise a SVA Metering System and 3. 3. 4′ De-energise a SVA Metering System’, steps 3. 3. 3. 4 and 3. 3. 4. 7 both state that flow D0139 ‘Confirmation or Rejection of Energisation Status Change’ is sent from the Supplier to the HHDC by electronic or other method, as agreed. However, the electronic method is not readily available as MRA DTC (version 4. 1 onwards) does not include an instance of the D0139 data flow from Supplier to the HHDC as this instance was removed from the DTC in version 4. 1 to bring the DTC in line with PSL110. Consequently, BSCP 502 and the BSC SVA Data Catalogue require a change to bring them in line with PSL110. This CP supersedes CP776 and is supported by Scottish and Southern Energy.
