CP0839 – Amendment to ECVNA Authorisation Termination Request Form BSCP71/03

Formal title: Amendment to ECVNA Authorisation Termination Request Form BSCP71/03

Summary

At present an ECVNA Authorisation Termination request can be completed by one counterparty and sent to CRA for termination and the pairings are therefore terminated. An ECVNA Authorisation Request form requires the signature and therefore the authorisation of both parties. It would be prudent if any Termination request required the signature and therefore the approval of both parties concerned in line with all Authorisation requests. This would reduce the risk of any relationship being terminated in error and without the knowledge of the other counterparty.
