Summary
Since the introduction of NETA, it is possible for a Supplier to have a negative Deemed Take in the Stage 2 market. There is a defect in the PARMS application that prevents the LD reports being produced if this situation occurs.
In addition, functionality to electronically distribute the reports to Suppliers and Parties that was introduced and tested in an earlier version of the system was not kept up to date when changes were made to the software to produce the paper based reports. This should be corrected to allow electronic distribution of the reports.
