Summary
An inconsistency exists in PSL110 ‘SVA Meter Operation’ as the frequency details in Sections 5. 2. 12 and 5. 2. 13 are different for the D0149 ‘Notification of Mapping Details’ and D0150 ‘NHH Meter Technical Details’ dataflows, despite the fact that they are almost always sent concurrently. The text in the ‘Frequency’ field for the D0150 dataflow details the triggers which cause this dataflow to be sent, but is not conclusive and is therefore unclear.
This CP therefore proposes to remove this inconsistency in PSL110.
