Summary
NHH Data Collector (NHHDC) should send the latest Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) to the new NHHDA. Failure to do so by the Initial Settlement Data Aggregation Run for the effective date of the new NHHDA’s appointment will result in a Default EAC being used in settlement.
BSCP504 section 3. 2. 5 describes the requirements for sending AA and EAC data to the new and old NHHDAs in terms of meter advance periods ending before, on or after the appointment date. There is no explicit requirement to send the latest EAC in the event that no reading has been taken on or around the appointment date of the new NHHDA.
