Summary
BSCP40 was written before NETA Go Live and was therefore based on how it was thought the change process would work. In light of operational experience, it is now thought an appropriate time to carry out a wholesale review of the change management procedures to identify, where appropriate, more efficient and effective ways of working. The review will also look to bring some areas in line with working practice. This review has also been requested by the Imbalance Settlement Group (ISG).
