Summary
There is currently an issue with the Elexon-owned Non Half Hourly Data Aggregator (NHHDA) software, whereby A12 exceptions (missing PRS data) are reported for some metering systems even though the metering systems do have data in the database. After extensive testing, it was established that the problem is resolved when the Oracle version, currently at version 8. 1. 7. 1, is upgraded to Oracle version 8. 1. 7. 4. As a result, it will be necessary to recompile and test the NHHDA software to support Oracle version 8. 1. 7. 4 to ensure that there is no impact on Settlements.
