If there has been an erroneous registration, PSL120 1. 3. 3. 9 sets out the criteria to the use of a 1kW advance if both Suppliers agree to do so. Clarify within PSL120 1. 3. 3. 9 that a concurrent Change of Supplier (CoS) and Change of Agent (CoA) does not preclude Suppliers from using a 1kW advance
