Summary
There is an inconsistency between the BSC and the requirements in BSCP04. The BSCP requires the Expected Transfer for each Interconnector BM unit to be sent to the SAA ‘By 16. 00 on the WD following the SD’. It is suggested that this text should be changed to read ‘By 24. 00 on the WD following the SD’. A new requirement needs to be incorporated into the table for a IA to contact Elexon if they want to revise BM Unit volumes after the IISR for the relevant Settlement Day.
