CP768 changed BSCP504 to clarify that Change of Supplier readings (D0086 data flow) must be calculated using the historical data provided from the old NHHDC. This Change Proposal proposes to amend this to specify that the historical data used must be from the old NHHDC immediately preceding the current appointment.
