Summary
SIR2512 BSCP501 “PRS” (via Appendix 4. 2 – Erroneous Registrations) provides two avenues for resolving CoS disputes which means that the Supplier can use the MRA disputes process or seek redress through legal proceedings (sic). However BSCP502 and SL130 “HHDC” makes no reference to disputes whereas BSCP504 and SL120 “NHHDC” have specific dispute obligations (2/3. 2. 6 of AP504 and 1. 3. 3 of SL120).
