Summary
SIR2446 The existing legal framework for NHH data collection allows for remote meter reading but, unlike the legal framework for HH data collection, does not specify the frequency of Meter Advance Reconciliation where data is not collected from the primary register of the Metering System. Additionally, the obligation for a NHH Data Collector to visit site to ensure that Annualised Advances are obtained (to carry out a Meter Advance Reconciliation) applies to all NHH metering systems, including those where remote meter reading is obtained from the primary register.
