Summary
Add a requirement to BSCP504 detailing the action to be taken by the new NHHDC, in the event of an inconsistency between the data provided by the Meter Operator and that by the old NHHDC on change of NHHDC. In the absence of sufficient additional information about whether the data from the Meter Operator or old NHHDC is correct, the new NHHDC should default the Standard Settlement Configuration (SSC) and associated register details, Measurement Class and Energisation Status, as appropriate, to those notified by the Meter Operator.
