Summary
CP821 ‘Improvements to Central Volume Allocation Proving Test Requirements’ which will be implemented in June 2003 introduces a new BSCP (BSCP02 ‘Proving Test Requirements for Central Volume Allocation Metering Systems’) and delivers associated amendments to BSCP20 ‘Registration of Metering Systems for Central Volume Allocation’. Following review of the two BSCPs, several areas have been identified where clarifications would be useful.
