Summary
There is an inconsistency between the CDCA URS and BSCP20 with respect to the reporting of Meter Technical Details (MTDs). The CDCA_I051 flow (Report Meter Technical Details) is a report sent to Meter Operator Agents, Registrants, Distribution System Operators (if relevant) and the Transmission Company as confirmation of the process of loading the MTDs as supplied by the MOA into the Central Data Collection System (CDCS). However, BSCP20 only states that the Transmission Company should be notified.
