CP0960 – NHHDC Validation on Reading Dates
Formal title: NHHDC Validation on Reading Dates
Current Status
Summary
Currently, BSCP504 (Appendix 4. 2) states that NHHDCs should perform validation to check that the date of the current reading is after the date of the last valid reading. If this check is rigorously undertaken, then it will result in readings being rejected in legitimate circumstances. An example of such a circumstance is when a CoS reading is agreed retrospectively it is a legitimate scenario that valid readings may have been processed after the CoS date
