Summary

The NHHDA software application is currently in need of enhancement to improve reporting functionality in order to support the monitoring of Supplier / Agent Performance. Secondary benefits of the proposed changes include improved usability and functionality of the NHHDA system. This includes the redesign of some aspects of the ‘front end’ of the application as well as some ‘functionality based’ code changes.
