BSCP 504(v5) 3. 4. 1. 1 footnote 75 provides for reading de-energised meters where no remote communications exist, but not for where remote communications do exist. If readings are not obtained from de-energised meters in time for Final Reconciliation, any consumption will be excluded from Settlements. This CP seeks to clarify NHHDC obligations to read de-energised meters that have remote communications
