Under the scope of CP955-Further definition of Timescales in BSCP514 ‘SVA Meter Operation for Metering Systems Registered in SMRS’, an industry expert group was convened to consider potential timescale changes to BSCP514. This expert group identified several issues, relating to BSCP514, which were outside the scope of CP955 and required minor changes to clarify or correct existing processes within the BSCP.
