Summary
During the change of HHDC process, when requested, the old HHDC will transfer Half Hourly Metered Data and send the last physical Meter reading and the final Meter reading to the new HHDC. With regard to the Meter readings provided on Metering Systems with electronic cumulative reading available during the remote collection process, there some ambiguity as to whether these should form part of the Meter history sent.
