Summary
Paragraphs 4. 4. 3 to 4. 4. 8 of the Profile Administrator Service Description (PrA SD) describe the process by which the Profile Administrator splits the stratum-weighted demand values for Profile Classes 2 and 4 into base and switched load. However, these paragraphs do not correctly describe the handling of E7 customers with switching times other than 00: 30 – 07: 30. Paragraph 4. 4. 4 of the Service Description implies that the data for individual customers should be manipulated to shift their switched load into the standard 00: 30 – 07: 30 window. In fact the Profile Administrator has never done this, and it’s unclear how it could be done
