Summary

BSCP 40 makes provision for “Emergency Fixes” – urgent changes to Configurable Items to correct serious operational problems with the Balancing and Settlement Arrangements for which there is no known workaround. The Emergency Fix procedure has never been used or reviewed since NETA Go-Live in March 01. A review of the Emergency Fix procedure was recommended by the Working Group as part of the Spring 2004 review of BSCP 40.
