Summary
Data Flow D0277 ‘Teleswitch Contact Interval Data File’ contains references to EASL as the BSC Teleswitch Agent. However, EASL ceased its activities at the end of 2003 and the Teleswitch Agent Contract was taken over by the Energy Networks Association (ENA). Therefore references to EASL in the D0277 data flow should be removed. To prevent this issue occurring again following a reprocurement of the Teleswitch Agent Contract, references to EASL should be replaced with generic references to the Teleswitch Agent.
